Retreat September 17 - 20, 2026

Come spend 3 or 4 days with us in Brooklyn, MI at the Super 8 by Windham. You may arrive as early as 3 pm on Thursday or anytime on Friday. We host a show-n-tell on Saturday evening and the retreat ends at 3 pm on Sunday.

Each of our retreats includes 4 meals, a shared 8-foot table, 3 ironing stations and cutting station. Retreaters bring their own sewing machines, projects, supplies and are welcome to bring a side table, mini-iron, extra light, cutting mat and personal chair.

We are unable to accommodate all dietary restrictions, but please reach out to info@thequiltpatch.com if you have food restrictions and we will try our best to work with you. There is a refrigerator & microwave available for use during your stay. We encourage you to bring any snacks you would like to have and there is a grocery store and multiple restaurants nearby. Drinks are provided during the 4 catered meals and morning coffee, so please plan accordingly. On Thursday night you are welcome to participate in a pizza party for an additional $6.

We are committed to offering a “no frills” retreat at an affordable price. In an effort to keep our costs down, retreats must be paid in full at the time of registration. Registration is on a first come first serve basis. We also now offer limited spots that include only sewing and meals.

Cancellation Policy: 90% refund more than 21 days prior to scheduled retreat, if less than 21 days there is no refund unless we are able to fill your spot.  If you have a roommate your space must be able to be filled for us to honor a cancellation unless there is a replacement. If you are signing up for double occupancy and do not have a roommate, we will do our best to assign one for you, if we are unable to match you a roommate you will be charged the additional fees for a single room.
