Authorized BERNINA & bernette Service Center

The Quilt Patch offers a full-service department. We repair, clean, oil and adjust BERNINA and bernette sewing, overlocker, quilting and embroidery machines. We also perform all your warranty work when you purchase a BERNINA machine from The Quilt Patch.

For servicing please be sure to bring:

•          #1 Presser Foot
•          Bobbin Case
•          Bobbin
•          General Sewing Stitch Plate (Not Straight Stitch Plate)

If your machine is an older model (pre-2000) please bring your power cord and foot control. If you are having any problems with powering on or speed consistency, please bring your foot control and power cord regardless of machine age.

All Other Brands

Our service technician is very skilled and is capable of service and repair on many non-BERNINA machines. We are happy to see your machine to make sure it's running in tip top shape. We need a few things to make sure we can fully service your machine.

Be sure to bring:

•          Your power cord
•          Your foot pedal
•          a spare bobbin

•          a general sewing presser foot (one that you can sew a zigzag stitch with).
